Please note this Staging Fee is a charge for time and labour. However, we can only accept properties designed to a certain standard, so if done yourself, it must be to our criteria. The price of your painting/furniture will vary depending on the scope/scale of work required

What began as a small passion project—helping friends and family transform their

overwhelming short-term rental hosting could be, and we set out to make it not only
personalized service to deliver a hosting experience that feels premiun reiable, and

  1. When do I get paid?
    Answer: *^You’ll receive a full booking report and be paid on/before the 15th of the following month. This will be the
    Net Figure collected after Airbnb fees, our management fee and the cleaning costs are deducted.
    Please note, bookings are paid out on the month that the check-out occurs. If a booking starts in Jan but ends in Feb, then is paid on Febs payout.*
  2. How do I have visibility of bookings?
    Answer: You’ll have back-end access to our Channel Manager, Uplisting with all live booking data, prices, booking sources so you can review at your convenience.
  3. How do we communicate?
    Answer: You’ll be introduced into a Slack group with our team for speedy communication and day-to-day comms.
  4. What if there are no bookings?
    Answer: Put simply, this doesn’t happen. The prices will be lower in the winter vs high season, but your property will still have bookings. Even during Covid bookings happened for business purposes.
  5. How often does cleaning happen?
    Answer: The cleaning team stages, cleans and changes linen once p/week, sometimes more. Therefore your property is constantly in hotel condition.
  6. How do I protect myself against damages?
    Answer: It’s not different from collecting a damage deposit from a tenant; we collect IDs, deposits, and require custom terms and conditions to be signed.
  7. What if I don’t like the service?
    Answer: The contract is 90-day rolling so the only way we retain your business is if we’re all earning money, our goals are aligned!
  8. Who handles the Fire Regulations?
    Answer: This is responsibility of the landlord to ensure fire safety at their property. We can support with this by providing Fire Assessment if needed, but this can also be done by you as the owner by following this template. The rest will depend on the Fire Reg Reminders
