bookings are paid out on the month that the check-out occurs. If a booking starts in Jan but ends in Feb, then is paid on Febs payout.
You’ll have back-end access to our Channel Manager, Uplisting with all live booking data, prices, booking sources so you can review at your convenience.
You’ll be introduced into a Slack group with our team for speedy communication and day-to-day comms.
Put simply, this doesn’t happen. The prices will be lower in the winter vs high season, but your property will still have bookings. Even during Covid bookings happened for business purposes.
The cleaning team stages, cleans and changes linen once p/week, sometimes more. Therefore your property is constantly in hotel condition.
